I represent intellectual creatives from authors to musicians to entrepreneurs to companies supporting each of them as a partner at Culhane Meadows. Representative matters include negotiation, review, drafting and revisions of shopping and option agreements, screenwriting agreements, artist and athlete sponsorship deals, merchandising deals, film and television distribution agreements as well as publishing and related collaboration agreements.

I serve as a board member for the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and as co-chair of BlackStar Projects, producer of the BlackStar Film Festival. I also participate as a member of Black Entertainment and Sports Law Association (BESLA),
Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel, and the Sports and Entertainment subcommittee of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law firms (NAMWOLF).
