Dani McClain, author of the critically acclaimed We Live For The We: is a contributing writer for The Nation. She is a fellow at The Nation Institute and has written for Talking Points Memo, Al Jazeera America, Colorlines, EBONY.com and Guernica, among other media outlets. McClain reported on education while on staff at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and has also worked as a strategist and communications staffer with organizations including ColorOfChange.org and the Drug Policy Alliance.
